The children of Zimbabwe

I just stumbled across one of the strangest and most credible UFO cases: the Ariel School incident of 1994 in Ruwa, Zimbabwe. In case you're not familiar with it – over 60 children between the ages of 6 and 12 claimed to have seen a strange object land during recess. And some of them still report the same thing to this day, without ever contradicting each other.
What has always fascinated me most about the story is this:

The children described the creatures as dressed in black, almost like tight suits, with huge dark eyes – and that they moved in slow motion.

Not like slow motion in a movie, but more as if every movement seemed somehow "softened," unnaturally fluid, and delayed. Many even said it looked as if a part of reality around these creatures was slowed down.

For children who at the time had never encountered science fiction or pop culture of this kind (we're talking about a remote school in '94), I find this specific description extremely unusual.

Furthermore, several of the children independently mentioned the same details.
