Honestly guess is it’s interference from outside sources and bribery, there is no change in how paperwork is handled on release of prisoners, these people haven’t been accidentally released because of labourers early release policy because the people being early released aren’t being counted in these accidentally released statistics.
I think Russia and reform are behind it to make labour look bad it’s the same thing going on with the flags it’s an attempt push Britain closer to fascism.
