And what will happen to anyone who is verifiable proven guilty from them.

They must be online, searchable and downloadable. The law says the Dept of Justice will publish them on its website. They have a page titled “Attorney General Pam Bondi Releases First Phase of Declassified Epstein Files” showing previous releases.
What must be released:
All unclassified DOJ records, documents, communications, and investigative materials about:
Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, flight/travel logs, and individuals named or referenced.
What can be redacted:
Classified documents, material that could jeopardise active investigations or prosecutions, Personally identifiable info about victims. "
