Under Communism: The Elite owns the Party, which owns the State. (Political access = Power).

In both systems:

The "Normie" works.

The "General" prints money/favor.

The "Dissident" gets crushed.

VC Funding = Politburo Favor. It’s the same "Club." Just different dress codes.
