I think this article illustrates how central housing and housing policy are. A tight housing market exacerbates social injustice and makes a society unequal. I think this shows that the neoliberal cause of woke capitalism is a coherent one. Fair markets and social justice have an interdependence.
Another reason I want to share this, from a German state broadcaster, here is also to illustrate that while there is of course severe racism in Germany, there is also a discourse about it and efforts against. I feel this forum often suffers from a very abstract distant view on other countries that views them as monolithic entities.
