Criminal Illegal Alien Without CDL Crashes 18-Wheeler Into School Bus After Democrat-led Washington State Refuses ICE Detainer

I don’t understand why we don’t implement stricter punishments after the first offense of illegal entry. I’m curious what other countries do to repeat offenders. I need to do some research now. Pretty sure most will be significant jail time at a minimum.
