You’re acting as though his skill cracked open.
The visible inconsistency suggests either exaggeration, medical stabilization before filming, or staged presentation rather than evidence of severe blood loss.

Not much of a conspiracy. Minor head wounds tend to bleed a lot and look bad but generally are easily taken care of at a hospital. With the amount of casualties, he was low on the priority list to be taken to the hospital immediately.
Have you ever gotten even a small cut on your head? Shit bleeds like craaaazy. Skin is thin and tons of blood is pumped towards the head. It basically squirts out with a small gash.
