Japan’s tourism grew by 10% in November despite calls from Beijing to its citizens to not travel to Japan and Chinese carriers offering free refunds to allow the cancellation of visits to Japan. Despite the huge drop in Chinese visiting Japan, travel still grew strongly because of other visitors.
