Humor aside, we need an insulting plaque for Woodrow Wilson who refused to deal with the seriousness of the 1918 Spanish Flu epidemic which proceeded to wipe out 650,000 Americans. In addition, his League of Nations was a joke and deserved all the opposition it got.
