The notion that Christianity still ***holds power*** in Europe is ***also fiction.*** The only motivation rooted in reality is jihadis and fundie atheists finishing off what they see as a weak enemy.
There is an ongoing wave of death, it’s just coming from the big city slums instead of the churches. There’s widespread ongoing abuse, it’s in the schools. There is mass trafficking, it’s at the border.
