Derek Lisi, a 15-year veteran custodian, had warned security 10 times over several weeks. Brown University is obviously culpable and deserves to lose all their federal funding for enabling a murderer.

Spree attacks aren’t spontaneous *”he snapped”* incidents anymore, they are planned out and often ideologically motivated.
This guy went to that school half his life ago, if he *got to know* 50 teachers there back in the day (exceedingly rare) there might still be ***one*** there but everyone else is different. The typical older person has retired and the typical younger person found their career advancement some place else besides where they trained or started their career.
