Good. HOA’s all need to go away. If I own the house and property, it’s ***MY*** right to decide how I will appoint it. Not someone else’s. It belongs to ***ME***, not the HOA.
HOA’s need to have their power legally reduced to neighborhood watch services, optional memberships, community pools, and community event organizing. Period. No power over people’s property of any kind.
