Submission statement: Probably just another way for Fidesz to admit that their over centralised, corrupt system is not functioning, and the mayors are complaining. It would be nice if they were given some authority and autonomy, since at their current level they do nothing but employ the towns/villages 2-3 university educated people and soak up public funds for unproductive labour programmes
Not to mention, the massive corruption that goes down in such an overcentralised system
