I don’t disagree that second chances should sometimes be given. However, putting convicted murderer on the police board is not the right move. Jow can any citizen feel safe if the criminals are running the board. Even if they maybe have changed, you’re telling me no 9ne else was qualified? But, of course, that seems to be the point lately – continually slapping us in the face with crap like this.
