wow. That is quite the article. Their reasoning really seems to ring true. I think the part about California absolutely putting plants and natural resources above people becomes glaringly obvious. While they can claim that these maps were never shared, the actual evidence from the way the fires were fought (or neglected) seems to prove it beyond the shadow of a doubt.
