I've been into the 2025 redistricting, and it's been a perfect simple case study of political cartelization. Both parties effectively agree to carve up territory to eliminate the risk of competition, which Public Choice would call a classic market failure. We're seeing how easily "independent" institutions are discarded the moment they stop serving the Uniparty.
