Musk meeting with Trump to discuss building SpaceX facility on East Coast of Venezuela. Having a SpaceX facility <10° from the Equator would reduce Delta-V (saving fuel costs) to get to geostationary orbit. Effecient/cheaper GS orbit launches would allow for faster space-based assembly of future manned Mars mission.
