They face major banking and travel difficulties, even when dealing outside the US system. They can’t access any private financing. The EU has accelerated the creation of the digital euro in order to establish some sovereignty. The European Central Bank has now completed all technical and preparatory work waiting for legislative approval by 🇪🇺 Parliament in 4 months or so.
