  1. Good on them. They couldn’t risk taking the major negative blowback against the brand. Especially as the purported “world leader in hotels”.

  2. The TDS must be strong in this hotel’s owner/staff.

    I would suspect that Hilton is going to force them to remove their name from that hotels advertisements, signs, handouts, etc.., which is going to be a big cost to them. Also, the federal government removed that hotel from use by all government travel to that location. Another potential big loss.

    I can think of no other reason why they would risk so much business loss just because of a political stand that is wrong.
