submission statement: This is an interesting behind-the-scenes look at Stephen Miller’s roles and influence within the White House, featuring testimony from a number of current and former Trump administration officials. Describes Miller’s rise to political power through the years, his strategies for advancing Trump’s (and his) policy goals, and his general personality. I consider the article relevant to the sub as it provides a greater understanding of an individual who is perhaps one the biggest threats to liberalism on the planet.

He’s such a piece of shit.
The man has no political north star beyond “nonwhite immigrants, illegal or otherwise, are bad for America.” He clearly does not care for the actual values and principles of the United States, but rather for the lily white vision of what it’s aesthetically supposed to look like in his head. There is no policy too ghoulish or authoritarian for him to stoop to in order to achieve this.
He may be the most pathetic man in Washington. No action he has ever taken truly benefited someone, save his boss, to whom he is embarrassingly obsequious and devoted.
