Seems like a great plan so far!
1. Run on “no new wars”
2. Build massive new nuclear proof war bunker.
3. Attempt to conquer the rest of the continent.
4. Chill in new bunker if that doesnt work out…

Nah. 500 meters isn’t feasible in Washington DC. Not without water pumping equipment to divert the water table. Soon as the nukes pop, the pumps shut down, it would flood.
