People have been saying that China will win Cold War 2.0 due to numerous factors but the vibes among people especially the youth have never been worse and are arguably worse than the average Brooklyn barista redditor. Emigration and capital flight is also on the rise and are slowly causing political problems in neighbouring countries. Idk but that doesn’t happen in a rising country.

By which we should interpret, the other measures succeeded in reducing fertility and OCP did nothing really.
I don’t think any country has solved low fertility, except Israel, and their situation is more due to non-replicable cultural factors.
