You are right. And there’s so much happening behind the scenes. All those offers and what not to avoid the deductibles. We went with a reputable company but pretty sure it was a money making moment for a few of the “newer” neighbors.

Similar to other construction fields, let go and passed up for lack of Spanish proficiency.
PSA: get a roof inspection before you think you need one. What I thought was damage turned out to not be damage, *”but here’s the real damage”* -that had been sitting there letting rain in, which let termites in to eat damaged wood.

We still have lots of roofers here in WV who are US citizens. I just had my roof done recently. All local citizens
