      Leaders from a number of nations who lost service members in the war in Afghanistan have sharply criticized Trump’s assertion that they stayed back from the front lines. But let’s be clear here – *these leaders are purporting to speak on behalf of the fallen.*

      The reality is that nobody who gave their life in Afghanistan – literally not a single man or woman – has seen fit to break their silence in order to contradict the President on this.

      Deep Space 9 is great, but the Federations reaction to the Wormhole is clearly not how it would work in reality.

      The wormhole itself would become the greatest scientific study in history. Very clearly.

      And the fact that it is inhabited by non-linear time aliens would also be the greatest scientific study in history.

      The interesting thing is that the non-linear aliens also kind of breaks science. Science fundamentally relies on linear time. Cause and effect, reproducibility etc

      Crazy how Canada allows 49k EVs into the country and a select number of the same American users appear again and again on threads about Canada’s deals to tell us how China can’t be trusted, you’re just deepening your dependence on them, why do you hate liberal values, etc. As if somehow Canadians buying electric vehicles is the end of Pax Americana.

      Not to mention how many of those criticisms could be applied to America as well. And as for China? Well, in Carney’s words, they are indeed are more predictable trading partner, even with their problems regarding international relations.

      This is so insane. I forgot that there are American troops stationed in DC. So much stupid shit, things that would normally get around the clock coverage barely makes the news
