Four years ago i almost got into a fight with a guy at a football game. Is he now justified in shooting me eight times while i am unarmed? I have no reason to believe this is real but causing property damage on a prior occasion – even the same day – has nothing to do with the basis for deadly force. The guy was unarmed. There now appears clearly not to have even been an accidental discharge of his weapon. There was no basis to shoot him.
