For something like a winery, there has to be a paper trail, permits, deeds, etc. that are subject to FOIA requests. And if there are none of those things, well that’s evidence in and of itself. I am sure that she will cover her tracks as well as they can be covered, but if people in power really want to look hard enough they should be able to find something if the fraud is as big and as brazen as is claimed. And when/if that happens, lay it all out for the American people to see the evidence for their own eyes.
