They think that anyone who’s riding around in white / black SUVs and vans is ICE. Or anyone who circles a block more than once. In my local area people who are part of one of the anti-ICE groups started spreading “alerts” on Nextdoor for large amounts of “unmarked vans” leaving a warehouse area. They were cleaning crews in new vans that hadn’t had the company decals put on yet.
