Great, the judge is a moron. They are calling the planned and completed assassination of an individual “stalking”… By that reasoning John Wilkes Booth also wouldn’t have been eligible for the Death Penalty, he just casually stalked President Lincoln and casually murdered the President and casually ran away. This judge is a real piece of work.
