The United States plans to fund Maga-aligned think-tanks and charities across Europe as part of its 250th independence anniversary celebrations. The programme, led by a senior State Department official, aims to promote American policy positions and challenge European laws seen by Washington as restricting free speech. It has involved outreach to rightwing groups, including figures linked to Britain’s Reform UK, and is likely to focus on major European capitals. Allies fear the initiative could undermine centre-left governments and strain transatlantic relations. The Trump administration says the grants are a transparent effort to advance American values, despite accusations that they amount to political interference.

This is not helping my American family pay the extra $800/mo health insurance increase because Trump is vindictive that Obama helped Americans, and was globally respected

  3. This reminds of the accusation that Biden spent USAID budget to fund Korea’s far right. There has been suspicion that USAID money assigned to “North Korean human rights” have laundered through Evangelical churches to fund Korea’s far-right. That is one of possible theories how Korea’s far right have so much money despite having no popular support.
