Why this is related to neoliberalism?
This presidency is actively rejecting science and technology in the name of “rejecting globalist ideologies” which would likely lower the combat effectiveness of the US military in the future, and have more unforseenable impact on the independence of the US military from the politics, thus threatening the separate of power, which is a cornerstone of neoliberalism.

My view on this:

In long: The Trump presidency is a completely emotion and ideology drived populist mess, that would do anything to appease its voter base.

In short: Are we heading to Gilead in next year?
