The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York issued a statement confirming Epstein's death — dated Friday, August 9, 2019.
Epstein was found unresponsive in his cell on the morning of Saturday, August 10, 2019.
The document is from Manhattan U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman and states: "Earlier this morning, the Manhattan Correctional Center confirmed that Jeffrey Epstein, who faced charges brought by this Office of engaging in the sex trafficking of minors, had been found unresponsive in his cell and pronounced dead shortly thereafter."
It also confirms "our investigation of the conduct charged in the Indictment — which included a conspiracy count — remains ongoing."
The release is dated "FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — Friday, August 9, 2019."

So if you search key words like Geoffrey S. Bernman you can find this in the Epstein files on the DOJ’s website for accessing them. You will find this message with Aug 10 several times. HOWEVER, you can also find it with the 9th. Is it a typo and they corrected or did they have it ready to go ahead and then had to change it? Epstein is currently chilling on some tropical island, being massaged by freshly trafficked underage girls. If he was allowed to flee, Ghislaine was also let out. I don’t think she ever saw the inside of a jail cell. Faking her imprisonment is not difficult.
