Not bad stuff, honestly. Article 9 has been a joke for years, they should spend more on the military, and nuclear weapons shouldn’t be off the table.
Honestly, I think the bigger problem for revitalizing the Japanese military is going to be recruitment rather than funds. The JSDF is largely viewed as a career path for screw-ups who can’t get another career
