No. I assume your talking about that diagonal line leaning down above the ear. A neurosurgeon would not open at that angle, or with a straight line incision. it would be a horseshoe pointed towards the back of the body. There’s no other way to do it otherwise the flap loses blood supply and dies.
Also all forms of neuralink are basically just electodes slid in under the skull. Its not a big item per se. So no need for any thing big at all. Maybe quarter sized.
