This has to be the left pushing this figure up. I feel WWIII is a lot less likely than I did when Biden was in office. I expected out enemies to attempt to trounce on the near corpse president any minute, best shot they had in a while. They missed their window. President Trump has already shown he is not to be trifled with.

I think WW3 is going to be some Reconquista-type shit, mostly in Europe but spreading everywhere Islam has. The global left will, of course, be involved while screaming that resistance is racist.

You never know, given how history has normally gone it seems almost inevitable that there will be a showdown between the current super power and friends (assuming we manage to keep some) and the rising super power in China and it’s allies. Given China’s comments on Taiwan a 5 year timeframe for that is certainly not out of the question, though whether that would develop into a wider war is hard to say, especially given the weight that nuclear weapons place against unchecked escalation
