He is kind of like a modern day Rasputin; appeared from obscurity and cosied up to the rich and powerful ’til he could pedal influence himself. Nurtured an unhealthy interest in young women and was part of a sect that encouraged such behaviours. Accused of rape on several occasions, yet was dealt with lightly. Became the downfall of all who associated with him. Suffered an ignominious end; yet lived on in infamy. Even his penis was shaped like a Faberge’, Egg allegedly; so yeah definitely a Russian asset ;))
