Unpopular opinion, but I think even “unsafe” and “addictive” drugs SHOULD be sold over the counter.
I don’t use, but I have people in my life that do and I care about them so so much. If they could buy their h at a store that is tested and 100% clean, and fresh needles then I think that’s great.
It also de-stigmatizes it and allows the people that want help to actually go get it. They wouldn’t have to fear about excessive judgement or legal trouble

Doctors prescribe over the counter drugs all the time. Stop schilling for the insurance companies.
