Bold face corruption.
Just giving away taxpayer money to a board with dictators and Russian puppets and of course Russia is on the board.
We need an alternative to the useless corrupt UN anyway, but money needs to be accounted for.
Pretty sure this sub would throw the biggest fit for months had Biden pulled anything remotely this corrupt
