      hot take CANZUK + coastal USA have the best cuisines in the world because their cuisines is “eat whatever you want from whatever part of the world you want whenever you want” and they’re the only people who really do this

      Like people all over the world are willing to try international cuisine but the anglos are the only ones to my knowledge who will *primarily* eat internationally

      Ok bringing back the same question, let’s put some love on American home-grown cuisine. 

      We’ve got southern black soul food, southern white bbq, Cajun, New Mexica, indigenous, Puerto Rican foods… what else am I missing

      I fell like if you were to take all of the founding fathers and get them together and say “hey man, in 250 years people will be like kinda chill but women will become the majority of attorneys and it will be like a whole thing where men are mad as shit all the time because women are more educated or whatever” and only Ben Franklin will be cool with that
