The first part is insanely suspicious, borderline damning.
The where is the real pilot comment in the context seems to be in response to a photo sent to him by Ghislaine wearing the helicopter pilot headgear. I think it’s a joke about being skeptical that she can actually pilot a helicopter.
The email about the pilot is a joke about her flying the plane. She got her pilots license that day
