Democratic Party of Korea completed judicial reforms by passing three major bills on judicial system. These reforms will expand the number of Supreme Court to 26, introduce constitutional court review process on Supreme Court rulings. PPP accused the government of undermining judicial independence and attempted filibuster only to cancelled. So, they have occupied chamber but driven away. So, PPP is considering total boycott on the affairs of National Assembly.

The DPK’s “Great Transition in judicial system” is complete with the introduction of constitutional reviews on Supreme Court rulings and expansion of Supreme Court. This will firmly put constitutional court over Supreme Court.
