First off, he hasn’t ever had a stutter, he’s just old.
Secondly, he clearly told a dumb ass joke. I don’t think we need this to be anything more than a cognitively challenged old man, being a cognitively challenged old man. He’s racist as fuck, but this isn’t an example.
