Million dollar budget? lol we were doing this to ban people’s accounts on AIM in the late 90s and then Yahoo Messenger in the early 2ks. It STILL just takes a program, a residential proxy list, and an account list for mass reporting someone’s account, although now a human is in the loop to ban the account on most services, but post and comment removals are still automatic after a certain number of reports.
If someone needed this done with today’s tech (scanning in-scope social media using LLM and auto removing offending material with accounts and proxies and headless chrome with anti detect, my soul is for sale for 75k/year. Software jobs are rough as fuck right now.
