The PoS was already a prohibited possessor two times over. He didn’t care about the prohibition on murder and he didn’t care that felons aren’t allowed to have firearms. The DA knows all of this but thinks people are too stupid to understand all the facts.

If this lunatic and others just like him in Virginia’s statehouse got their way and every gun in private hands is confiscated, it would still have not prevented this attack. A two time felon was not going to follow the law anyway.

Yes if only there were stricter laws surely then they would have followed the law. Those laws we already have prohibiting them from owning a gun and oh yeah that other lesser known law prohibiting murder didn’t stop it I’m sure another one would.

Using their “logic” food, vehicles, airplanes, eating utensils, medicine and clothing should all be banned because it has killed somebody at one time.
