This bullshit has been cooking in right wing internet circles for over a decade and when people are plugged into the internet 24/7/365 it will inevitably reach critical mass

I just don’t get these people.
The gop is kinda funny every generation sees an extremist sect of the base gain traction and tries to harness that momentum for political wins with the idea that they would never lose control of the party to these crazies forgetting that they were once the crazies that overthrow the old leadership. And the cycle repeats and repeats with the party becoming more and more extremist. MAGA is the establishment groypers are the crazies just as the tea party was the establishment when MAGA were the crazies and so on so on. Nixon thinking he can ignore the political force he empowered by leaning into ugly race tactics started this

Also, I wanna highlight this paragraph because of its absurdity:
