Submission statement: the EU is launching a unified and simplified corporate rule set that aims to foster startups and business growth and retention across the single market.
This is a good step. As I understand it one major hindrance for European tech firms has been that it’s just more lucrative for European investors to invest in the US (or in land). Thankfully our president seems to be helping them on that front.
