EveryPassage on March 20, 2026 12:33 pm I know people hate these, but it’s SHOCKING to me how few companies or organizations ask basic technical questions during interviews. I worked in finance for a time and probably only 1 out of 3 companies asked a single technical question. Basic technical competence is critical. You don’t need to give people a 1 hour case study but “if a patient presented with this condition and this history, what would be your first step?” Seems like a basic type of question for a role like this.
