It is clear that if Israel and the United States are unable to subdue Iran, they would resort to nuclear weapons. Messianic extremists in Tel Aviv and Washington are reckless enough to do it. The question is: has Iran secretly produced nuclear weapons, given that an existential war seemed inevitable? They have the means and the know-how to do so.
Because of its size and deep underground bases, Iran government and its military could probably withstand multiple nuclear strikes. However, if Iran has nuclear weapons of its own, it would take only one or two to devastate Israel.
