I've been getting this ad constantly of Bill Gates pushing some infant breathing aparatus on Instagram.
At first it was a post, then I saw it again as a video you could no longer comment on next time it popped up after most of the comments were calling out Bill for being the pedo elite be is getting so deep into this field.
What do they gain by paying thousands to push this deep into everyone's algorithm?
