The National Defense Authorization Act of 2024 is a Biden era piece of garbage that he probably didnt even sign. How can a previous president institute any law restricting a current president from pulling out of a foreign treaty? Makes no legal sense as if we take the act seriously, there are circumstances where being forced into complying would actively hurt America. What if we formed a treaty with Russia that agreed to never attack the other and Russia turns around and launches nukes? I guess america just sits back and allows nuclear winter to happen?
