I know almost nothing about what is going on in Africa outside of some surface level knowledge of the Sahel and Sudan. Unfortunately I’ve become far too cynical again about my country with this is administration to know if this is a good guy move or some bullshit way to extract some more wealth for trump and his inner circle.
